苏正华 研究员

苏正华,博士,2013年获得中南大学新能源材料与器件专业博士学位,2014年至2016年在新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究,20169月回国在南方科技大学担任研究助理教授,20181月至今在深圳大学物理与光电工程学院担任专职研究员,从事无机半导体薄膜太阳能电池研究。
