付琛 助理教授

工学博士,深圳大学物理与能源学院助理教授,副研究员;深圳市海外高层次人才,主要从事智能压电薄膜、声学MEMS器件、微振动以及相关信号的激励于检测。于2011年在中国科学院声学研究所获得博士学位。同年进入韩国Ajou University微机电系统实验室与三星SAIT研究院从事智能薄膜与器件研究。之后从2014年开始在英国纽卡斯尔大学从事基于声表面波传感器的研究。目前已在国际著名杂志发表SCI论文20篇,申请发明专利3. 主持有关声表面波器件的国家自然科学基金项目1项和市科创委项目1项。
